Dear Students

Thank you for your patience with the extended release date for the S2.18 timetable. As per previous communication the timetable will be released on Wednesday, November 15th mid-afternoon time.

Please log into the student portal to select your classes and plan for S2.18; for those of you that are new, please view the below video for an instructional guide on how to enrol using the Portal.

(If accessing via the email notification, please use this URL: https://youtu.be/ZG2nAR0uClg )

Within the portal there is the option to click on timetable explorer, this will allow you to select subjects and explore different options across the semester. We ask also that you be mindful of the pre-requisite and co-requisite subject requirements throughout your course, these subjects contain essential knowledge that is deemed necessary to undertake the next subject successfully, this is particularly relevant as the clinical streams of the degree are started. For an overview of where these subjects sit and to check your progression the Course Outlines available on the website are a good go-to place. The tools in the portal are available to support you as you plan and think about how the timetable works as it slots into and around the many other areas that you may be juggling in life such as work, family and lifestyle commitments.

The student services team are available to support your requests during this time, you are able to book into a course progression meeting with an SS team member on Campus, which will allow you to work out study options that best suit you across 2018, this may encompass both online and on-campus options. Other ways to contact the team are via phone on 1300- 462-887, via the national student services inbox at student.services@endeavour.edu.au and for timetable specific queries please go through the "Assistance and Feedback tab" on the portal, select the timetable option and this will be addressed by an experienced management team to find solutions for you, where possible.

In order to manage expectations there is expected to be a very high volume of traffic in this area across the day, if you are unable to gain immediate access then please refresh the page after a minute or so and this should be able to log you in to explore your future timetable options for 2018.

Thank you once again for your patience and thank you to all students who are enrolling and planning their study load well in advance, if you need support with study options and course progression then please do contact the SS team so we can be of assistance in planning your study journey with the College in 2018.

Thought for the day… Success is where preparation and opportunity meet...

Thank you kindly,
