Dear Students,

Good luck for the S1|18 examination period, this is a time of nerves, reflection and achievement as the last 13 weeks of knowledge and your ability to consolidate, learn and apply are tested over the coming weeks.

Some simple but key tips to support you during this period.

  • Get a good night's sleep before the exam,  this helps to improve memory function and reduce stress levels
  • Use your knowledge snack on brain food and eat food that supports sleep and memory function - this will optimize your performance
  • Plan your exam day be organized and mentally prepared in advance
  • Celebrate your achievement after you have sat the exam give yourself a break before you hit the books again.
  • Remember to take a deep breath at the start of the exam settle into your knowledge, tackle one question at a time and before you know it you will have completed the exam.
