Dear Students,
As you know, our upgraded digital learning environment is launching in January 2021. In order to implement this change, we will be shutting down the LMS for three days from Friday 18 December to Sunday 20 December – these dates have been chosen in order to create the least amount of disruption for you as possible. The LMS will be up and running again on Monday 21 December
To manage this change taking your current studies into consideration, we are making the below changes to the dates for the subjects which are impacted during LMS downtime from Friday 18 December to Sunday 20 December.
• All online exams and quizzes which are scheduled between Monday 14 December – Sunday 20 December will now open from Friday 11 December to Thursday 17 December.
• For all written submissions, group presentation uploads and assessable discussion forum posts, due date between Friday 18 December to Sunday 20 December the due date for these will be extended until Wednesday 23 December to account for the 3 day shutdown of the LMS.
Please also note: As part of the technology upgrade communications sent earlier, ensure you save any emails (Gmail) and files locally (on your device) from Endeavour’s OneDrive or Google Drive you think you may need from Friday 18 December as you may not have access to them for up to a week.
