Dear Students,


Welcome back it is great to have you back on board around the Campuses and filling the hallways of the College again. Wishing you a great start to the first week back and all the best in your studies across the semester.

Please see the below for contact points and tips to start the week ahead.

The 5 P's - Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance.

    • New to campus - make certain that you pick up your ID this week, visit the library team and they will be able to support this process, your ID will be required for all loans, to be presented at exams and can also support provider student discounts, library website
    • Planning your subject load - this is the week to download your subject outlines, these are your guide of what to expect in that subject across the semester, including planning for assessment weeks and managing your study load across multiple subjects.
    • first time in Clinic make certain you have logged onto the Clinic Hub and completed the videos that will support your time in Clinic  - clinic coats can be purchased in Clinic
    • the bookstore are happy to help you with any orders and you can order online via wellspring bookstore
    • WWCC - if you are yet to present your card please go to the student services team who will be able to copy this and finish the final steps in this process 


Contact points for the first week, call past student services and speak with a student services team member should you require support and the attached FAQ's document will be able to answer some of the everyday questions that you may have.

  • reach out to the SAP - Student Assistance Program if you find yourself juggling life and would like confidential counselling sessions from trained coaches and advisors 1800 33 62 07 (24/7)
  • log onto the student portal  to manage the admin side of your study
  • the LMS will support the teaching and learning side of the study
  •  the website will have many of the FAQ's and information about processes, and policies at the College.
