Dear Students

The timetables for Summer School and Semester 1 2019 will be released on Monday 8 October.  On that day, daylight savings will have come into effect and Endeavour College students will be studying in four different time zones.  The release of the timetable, however, will be at 11:00am in your local time zone.

You will be able to enrol into subjects and allocate to class times via the Student Portal.  You need to utilise the Manage Enrolments menu option on the left hand side of the portal home page to ensure a place in a class, however, the Timetable Explorer menu option will allow you to see what subjects are being offered and when they are scheduled to run on your campus.  Timetables will also be available in PDF format.  Use the Resources and Links menu option to view these.  If you require further guidance, you can view this

which will take you through the process.

Once you have allocated to classes, you are still able to change your enrolment if you need to do so.  You may choose to withdraw from a subject, add another subject to your study load or change to a different class time if there is available space.  Changes can be made up to the Census Date for the teaching period without incurring any academic or financial penalty.  For Summer School, Census Date is 18 January and for Semester 1 2019, it is 29 March.

Should you wish to provide feedback in relation to the timetables, you are welcome to do so.  In the first instance, you should contact Student Services if there is a genuine problem.  If you would like course progression advice, connect with courseprogression@endeavour.edu.au  Student Services staff will assist where possible and seek a resolution supporting your enrolment into classes.  Submission of timetable feedback can be completed via the Student Portal and this will also allow us to collate and assist with tracking similar issues, investigate as required and respond to these appropriately.
