Please follow these steps if you are unable to access your lectures.

We have moved all of our Teaching and Learning Resources (files) to Office 365, which is why you are being prompted to sign-in.  You should have received an email update about this from Student Services, otherwise please refer to the Portal or LMS posts for additional information about the change.

If you are unsure of your Office 365 or eWeb password, please follow these steps:

To access all your Course materials, the first time you click on a lecture or tutorial, you will be prompted for your Office 365 sign-in details.

Enter your account:  StudentID@eweb.endeavour.edu.au - replace StudentID with your student number.
Enter your password.  (try the password you used recently to access the library if this does not work, then the reset your password)

If you need to reset your password, please follow these steps:
https://servicedesk.endeavour.edu.au/KnowledgeBase/Details/?id=40-Password-Reset-Tool---Step-by-Step-(forgot-password)
Reset it here: https://passwordreset.endeavour.edu.au

Your web browser should remember your account and password when you access any additional Course materials in the same browser.

If you are still experiencing sign-in issues, please reply and we will assign your request to our IT Support team.
