Hello Students,

The College's project to upgrade and migrate our IT infrastructure is progressing well, and we are preparing for the offline period from 5pm AEST Friday 26 July, until 8am AEST Monday 29 July

During this weekend period students will be unable to access Endeavour systems, including:
  • Learning Management System
  • Student Portal
  • Student emails
  • Student Hub
  • Microsoft 365 files saved online or in OneDrive
  • Library website and the digital resources collection
  • Help Hub
  • Endeavour Short Courses
College devices will be unavailable from 8am Friday 26 July to 5pm Friday 2 August, including:
  • on-campus computers
  • on-campus printers
  • Wellnation clinic computers will remain available during this period.
March and Semester 1 results will release on Thursday 25 July, and be available to view until the start of the offline period at 5pm on Friday 26 July. Access will return at 8am Monday 29 July.
A reminder that if you have an assignment or quiz due over the offline weekend, your new due date is Thursday 1 August, at 11:55pm AEST.
Please ensure you have downloaded copies of any documents you would like to access over the offline period.

Login Password Updates

  • Your password will be reset during the migration.
  • You will use a temporary password and be asked to set up your new permanent password.
  • On the morning of Monday 29 July please follow the instructions provided in this help file

In future, your personal email and mobile phone will be needed to reset your password. If these have changed you will need to update your contact details via the Student Portal before the offline period. For guidance on how to do this see the FAQ.

We recognise that change can be disruptive, and have our teams standing by to assist you throughout the process and afterwards. We are looking forward to welcoming you into our improved systems, and then into the new semester starting in August!
