Dear Students,

This week we look forward to welcoming industry suppliers and professional associations to Campus for Vitality Day if you are graduating this year be certain to attend as you are able to register and connect with industry, dates and times below

  • Adelaide — Tuesday 1 May - 10am - 3pm (Rooms 1.3 and 1.4)
  • Brisbane — Friday 4 May - 10am - 3pm (Rooms 1.6 and 1.7)
  • Gold Coast — Tuesday 1 May - 10am - 3pm (Common Area/Hallway)
  • Melbourne — Wednesday 2 May - 10am - 3pm (Level 2 Student Breakout)
  • Perth — Wednesday 2 May - 10am - 3pm (Level 1 Student Breakout)
  • Sydney – Monday 30 April - 10am – 3pm (Room 3.15)

As you hit the books over the coming weeks in preparation for the main assessment period and the upcoming exam period, the following resources may offer support during this time:

  • LMS help desk call 1300 051 429
  • Application form of an extension of written assessment
    • Submit to your lecturer  PRIOR TO  the due date
    • Only assessment items worth  20% or more will be considered for extension
    • Maximum extension time is 2 weeks
  • Application for special consideration
  • Deferred exam
    •  Log into your student portal, you will be able to fill in the eform
    •  This form is lodged automatically to ELG Examination examination@endeavour.edu.au
  • The Student Assistance Program (SAP) is provided for students as a free confidential counselling support hotline available at 1800 336 207, (24/7). Professional confidential support is offered with tips and techniques to help you manage anxiety and stress during this period.  

As one semester starts to come to a close it is time to start planning for the next, the Student Services team will start to roll out Course Progression Planning workshops over May and June. The goal of the workshops are to support your enrolment and planning across a semester. Attending a  course progression workshop  can support the following:

  • An understanding of the course structure and the framework to plan and operate in
  • Co-requisite and pre-requisites subjects and why it is essential  to study these  in  progression
  • What subjects you should be considering for S2.18,  planning for a full time or part time study load
  • The tools available to you on the student portal that help you plan and manage your timetable
  • Planning and enroling in advance, allowing class numbers and classes to be confirmed in advance

Dates and times across the network will be posted around Campus and please book in with the SS team from Monday, May 7th onwards.
