COVID -19 Update  - Live Streaming Classes – Zoom links – Completed

Dear Students,

As you are aware, the College is preparing to move the final theory on-campus classes to online via live streaming effective Wednesday, March 18th.  This has now been completed and please see the details below on how to access these classes online.  Access to all online subjects and theory subjects listed below will remain online for the remainder of S1|20.  

Wednesday, March 18th, – live streaming:

  • these classes will start to stream Wednesday, March 18th  in Melbourne time.
  • all of these classes will be recorded, so if you are unable to attend the live stream you will be able to listen to the recording.
  • attendance waivers are in place across all of these subjects based on the current circumstances.
  • this will allow you to continue your studies from home for all of the classes outlined below.

Password and access:

  • all links to the classes are posted on the LMS - go to the subject > go to connections > go to subject news > go to latest announcements forum
  • all information will be posted at midday today.
  • If you are unable to locate your password please connect with the subject coordinator via the LMS  or student services on 1300 462 887 (ext.2).

Theory classes this applies to:

  • live streaming of lectures will apply to the following theory subjects:
  • CMDE411, CMHB221, CMPR113, CMPR411, CMPR311
  • HMCL211,, HMCL222, HMCL223, HMCL312,
  • NATC414 (workshop), NATC425B (workshop),NMDA321, NMDC221-14, NMDC314 (workshop), NMDC322(workshop), NMDC323B(workshop), NMDD221, NNMDE211, NMDF211, NMDS311, NMDW221,
  • SOCP121,
  • WHMC311-14, WHMF112, WHMF212, WHMF221, WHMF314.
  • Note as per above - theory workshop component only streaming for NMDC314, NMDC322, NMDC323B,  NATC414, NATC425B, (not streaming for clinics – separate planning is in place for this)
To note:
  • attendance waivers are in place across all of these subjects based on the current circumstances.
  • all classes will cover from week 3 onwards and be in place for the remainder of the  S1|20.

  • The SAP (Student Assistance Program) is available free of charge on 1800-336-207 (24/7),  to support stress, anxiety and planning through consultation at this time. 

Please rest assured the college is currently reviewing practical and clinic classes and an update regarding these classes and the likelihood of a college closure will be communicated to all students today.
