We hope your assignments and research are going well in this difficult time. The library team is still here to support you and we want to let you know some of the key ways we can help.
Library
Consultations and webinars
Our Campus Librarians and
Virtual Librarians can assist with research and referencing for assignments over the phone
or online, through platforms such as Skype and Zoom.
Bookings of up to 30 minutes can be made via the LMS.
The library will be running webinars starting next week, please check the library homepage for updates and times regarding these webinars.
Virtual
Library Chat
The chat is now staffed by both
our Virtual Librains and our Campus Librarians from 8am - 8pm AEDT, the Virtual Library chat box is
located on the library homepage (http://library.endeavour.edu.au) and
in the Research Skills
Tutorial. Inside the chat, you can search the knowledge
base for FAQs or speak to one of our librarians. Outside
of operational hours, you can access the FAQs or submit a
ticket and the library team will reply as soon as they
are available.
Library
Guides and library videos
The Library Guides are a compilation
of relevant resources, such as eJournals, eBooks and databases,
to help with your next assignment. Remember to check if
your class code is listed under the Relevant Subject
section inside the guide, to ensure you are browsing the right
content. You can access the guides through the library homepage or in your
LMS.
The library team has created a series of videos around general topics and for specific classes. these can be found on the library home page via the Video Tutorials link or directly here.

Skills Tutorial
This self-paced online course provides help on topics
such as Primary and
Secondary Resources, eResources and Advanced
Research – PICO. Enroll into
the Research
Skills Tutorial in your LMS to access these topics (LMS
- Library tab - Research Skills
Tutorial).
