Dear Students,

Welcome back! It is great to have you back on board in the classrooms and the clinics and we wish you a great start to the semester ahead.

Please see the below key contact teams and resources that you need as you start to plan for the next intensive 13 weeks of study.

Support teams:

  • Student Services can be contacted on 1300 462 887 (option 2) or via email on student.services@endeavour.edu.au The start of a semester is peak time and if we are unable to answer your call immediately, please leave a voice message so we can return your call and support your query. Your call is important to us.
  • Course Progression Advisors can be contacted on courseprogression@endeavour.edu.au to help support any change of subject requests or planning your subjects across 2019. Planning in advance is a great way to set your study plan to ensure that you are on track for completion in your studies.  
  • LMS/ Learning Resources Tab is a key resource for you to be able to see tutorial times/book an academic consultation/book a student services consultation, available to use and book support anytime via the LMS.

The College has a number of support programs in place that you may use at any time.

  • Access and Equity Program (AEP), the AEP supports student's with disabilities and medical conditions, and students requesting any Special Adjustments as a result of a disability, mental health or medical condition. We aim to provide educational opportunities through academic support, structured learning plans, accessible facilities, and adjusted teaching and assessment practices where reasonably possible. If you have questions about the AEP you can book a meeting via the LMS/Learning consultations/ Student consultations tab or connect with a student services advisor 1300 462 887 (option 2) or via email on student.services@endeavour.edu.au
  • Student Assistance Program (SAP), a 24hr/7 days a week confidential hotline on 1800 336 207. The SAP offers confidential counselling for study-related or personal problems. Please connect with the SAP if they can be of support at any time across your studies.

There are a range of resources that you will need across a semester to help you plan your studies, click on the links below;

  • Subject Outlines  - download and use these as a foundation guide to navigate and plan assessments across the semester.

Get Organised:

•    View and work through the LMS/Learning Resources/Orientation module week-by-week
•    Connect with the FAQ’s in each section to build knowledge about standard HE processes.
•    Get My study life - a free study app that helps you plan study across the next 13-week study intensive period.
•    Use the Calm App - study is stressful use this app to help start your day and when needed across the study period.

WWCC Reminder:

Please validate your WWCC card or equivalent with Student Services this week. It should be noted that all students that are not able to show a validated WWCC or equivalent card at the start of the Clinic subject, will be removed from the Clinic, will be required to complete make-up clinics and will have until census date to present a validated WWCC or equivalent card.  If a validated card is not able to be presented by census date, you will be removed from the subject and required to pick this subject up in S2|2019.
